Damaged on arrival
Crease, scratch, warped frame: write to us within 14 days with a photo. We reprint and reship at our cost. You don’t return anything.
Screen vs. print
A canvas is printed, not backlit, so slight variations are normal. A visible gap is our mistake, and we reprint at our cost.
If the dog chews a corner
It happens. Send us a photo: we replace it once, at cost.
